- Prepare the Annual Report of the University to submit in UGC, BANBEIS and HEMIS as per their instruction
- Maintain personal files for all Faculty Members of the university
- Prepare the replies of all letters from UGC, MOEdu and any other offices and submit draft on time to the Registrar.
- Maintain “Incoming and Outgoing Registrar” to record of all incoming and outgoing letter/correspondence of the University/ Registrar office.
- Maintain personal files for all the faculty members of the university.
- Maintain leave Register to record of all Faculty Members and Employees.
- Maintain subject/issue wise correspondences/files in systematic way for proper identification.
- Receive any requirement (Testimonial/Certificate/Migration etc.) or any complain from any student/guardian and help them in consultation with the Registrar.
- Prepare appointment letter, experience letter and other documents needed to issue to the Faculty members, other employees and students.
- Maintain inventory of all items like furniture, stationary, electronic items etc. held in the office of the Registrar.
- Keep close contact/liaison with faculty members and other offices of the University if needed for smooth functioning of registrar office activities.
- Receive Hall/Room Form from inside/outside organization/person and maintain allotment with other record for documentation.
- Any other duties assigned by the Registrar or any senior officer of the University.
