DETAILS INSTRUCTION FOR THE 1ST CONVOCATION-2025

 

  1. We are happy to announce that the 1st Convocation of University of Scholars are going to be held on either 22 February (Saturday) or 28 February (Friday) 2025 subject to approval from the Ministry of Education.
  2. Convocation Location: Senaprangan, ECB Circle, MP Check post, Matikata Rd, Dhaka (Opposite of Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel, Dhaka)
  3. All Students of University of Scholars completed their degrees up to Spring 2024 can take part in the convocation.
  4. Registration is open and the last date of registration is January 15, 2025 (Wednesday).  
  5. Interested students are advised to register using the google form Link

  1. Registration fees:

    1 Registration for single degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s). 7000/-
    2 Registration for double degrees (Bachelor’s and Master’s).

    3 Guests (Maximum 2 guests. No guests below 10 years are allowed). In case of a Child below 10 years, he/she must be accompanied by an adult.

  2. Each student would be provided with:
    1. A new gown (As gift. Not returnable).
    2. Breakfast and Snacks on Convocation Day
    3. Lunch on Convocation Day
    4. A gift pack.
  3. Graduates who are not residing in Bangladesh may fill up the google form and attend the Convocation online. The gown of Convocation will be sent to the graduate by courier service. The cost of courier service will be communicated to the student or any designated person can collect those from the University.
  4. Guests would be facilitated with: (A) Breakfast and Snacks on Convocation Day. (B) Lunch on Convocation Day.                                                                                                              
  1. Chauffeurs would be provided with Packed lunch only.
  2. Students without registration would not be permitted to participate in the convocation.
  3. Students must pay academic dues before the convocation registration.
  4. Any registration without registration fees and academic dues clearance will not be considered.
