Instructor Profile: 

Dev Paul embarked on his professional journey with GlaxoSmithKline, where he dedicated an impressive 25 years of his career to the company. During this time, he worked in various markets, including India, Nepal, Myanmar, and Bangladesh. His exposure to diverse markets allowed him to develop a deep understanding of different cultures, consumer behaviours, and business dynamics across these regions.

After his long and successful tenure at GSK, Dev Paul joined the Unilever and took on the responsibility of overseeing the separation process of the tea business from Unilever.

Presently, Dev Paul holds the position of General Manager for Lipton Bangladesh, the divested tea business of Unilever. As the General Manager, he leads the overall operations and management of Lipton and Taaza in Bangladesh, ensuring the brand's growth, market presence, and customer satisfaction.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dev Paul has a deep passion for nature and wildlife photography. He ardently loves the natural world and has pursued his passion by traveling across various countries in search of capturing the beauty of wildlife through his camera lens.
