My name is Atique Shahariar, and I am working as a Section Officer in the Office of the Registrar at this university. I joined here as an Assistant Section Officer in August 2022 and was promoted to Section Officer in April 2024. In my role, I support the administrative and academic functions of our department, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. I’m passionate about helping students navigate their university experience and ensuring that faculty have the support they need to excel in their roles. My goal is to facilitate effective
communication and provide the necessary resources to enhance our academic and administrative environment.

Job Description: 

1. Prepare appointment letters for Faculty and Administrative Members.
2. Monitor Daily classes as per routine, visit classes and coordinate with faculty members in order to conduct regular classes as per schedule.
3. Maintain personal files for all Faculty & Administrative Members of the university.
4. Maintain subject-wise correspondence files with up-to-date correspondence on the top.
5. Prepare Experience letter, Release letter, NOC and other documents needed to issue to the Faculty and Administrative Members.
6. Assist in preparing the Annual Report of the University.
7. Assist in preparing the replies to some letters from UGC, MOEdu, and any other offices and submit the draft on time to the Registrar.
8. Assist in preparing Minutes of the Meeting of academic and admin-related issues and submit drafts to the concerned officers.
9. Receive any requirement (Testimonial/Studentship/Migration/MOI etc.) or any complaint from any student/guardian and help them in consultation with the Registrar.
