      III. Found that despite the promise of green finance and digitalization, their short-term financial impact
      remains limited or negative due to long-term payback periods and initial implementation costs.

    I. Researched the impact of digital banking services on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
    II. Conducted a 10-year quantitative analysis revealing that digital transformation investments
    significantly improved Return on Equity for EBL
