The “Notice Board” page is regularly updated for any notices from the university. Generally, notices with current student affairs and admission are published here. Notices related to clubs and alumni activities are updated on the “Club” and “Alumni” pages. The notices are uploaded as text, PDF, images, or multiple formats. Students are encouraged to check this page regularly.

All our classes are equipped with a Recording system. After finishing the classes, the recorded class videos are collected. After brief editing, those recorded videos are uploaded to the university’s YouTube channel. Even if a student misses any class or wishes to review any lesson, it is an excellent, readily available option. Please find below the link to our YouTube channel. We say we have the most well-decorated campus among all the universities. The University has a beautiful mosque and a library on the 10th floor with a separate study zone area where the students have all-time access. A play zone is located on the 16th floor where students can spend their leisure time enjoying playing games like billiards, air hockey, table tennis, and also play station games. For students, the University of Scholars established one-stop support. Moreover, designated student counselors are ready to help the existing and upcoming students with career counseling and educational support, such as helping them to get placements after graduation, having one-to-one sessions in a stress-free environment, and solving any in-campus conflicts. The University of Scholars alumni are placed in almost all industries. They are very active on campus too. University of Scholars Alumni Association is an independent organization. The Association arranges special get-togethers, regular updates on University of Scholars activities, and new programs exclusively designed for former students. It provides a perfect platform to renew students' connections with old friends and keep them connected. The Alumni Association leverages alumni and friends' resources, talents, and initiatives to advise, guide, advocate for and support the Association and the university in achieving their respective missions and goals. The University of Scholars has collaborated with a few locally and internationally to enhance knowledge, education, and, most importantly, different skills. Academic Collaboration means a formal relationship of an educational nature with third parties, such as joint degree programs, memoranda of understanding, joint institutes or centers, and similar relationships.

Accreditation is the recognition from an accrediting agency that an institution maintains a certain level of educational standards. Standards for program accreditation consist of statements that are internationally recognized and widely accepted as good practices in higher education. The Bangladesh Accreditation Council accredited The International University of Scholars shortly after visiting the campus and doing a quality check for themselves. In addition, the Bangladesh Accreditation Council also monitors all employees/faculties hired for the university, and faculty members are also offered training services for their future enhancement of skills and learning.

The University of Scholars has formed all the necessary committees under the Bangladesh Private University Act 2010. There are committees present such as Academic Council, Syndicate Committee, Finance Committee, Selection Committee, Discipline Committee, Central Syllabus Review Committee, Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee, and Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) Committee. These committees carry on performing all their duties and responsibilities without any hindrance.

The University of Scholars decided to automate its University Management System to simplify its tasks. Hence, they took the initiative to upgrade their management system by converting it to an integrated education management system(i-EMS). Pipilika Soft. created an ideal solution for IUS, which will be helpful for them to manage the system trouble-free. This solution successfully developed several modules to meet multiple user needs.

Along with regular classes for all departments, The University of Scholars also offers many different kinds of short courses which are open to all.
